Odgis + Co had the privilege of designing the 2024 Paramount Group Annual Report for the fourth consecutive year. This year, the design showcases the new Paramount Club, an exclusive members-only club tailored specifically for tenants across Paramount’s New York portfolio. The report’s clean, elegant, and understated design captures the high-end hospitality feel of their premier Class A office properties. Paramount's prestigious buildings are among the most sought-after addresses in New York and San Francisco. The company was awarded a GRESB 5-Star Rating for the sixth consecutive year, in addition to recognition for maintaining a 100% ENERGY STAR-labeled REIT portfolio and achieving top-tier recognition for operating a 100% LEED Platinum or Gold certified REIT portfolio.
