Odgis+Co is proud to have designed the Next Level logomark and wordmark for NBCUniversal’s mentorship program. We understood that the right look and feel of this logo will generate the excitement and enthusiasm needed to drive engagement. Using a combination of NBCUniversal’s Diversity and Inclusion brand color palette, the mark attracts attention and resonates with their mission, while also being consistent with their brand guidelines. Our wordmark incorporates hand-drawn letterforms, which are positioned strategically under the dynamic and colorful logomark. The logomark form is based on an abstracted drawing of an “N” letterform. It unfolds energetically and sweeps upward in space, infused with optimistic feeling. The logo also suggests a stairway or pathway forward.
Universal Pictures’ Next Level is an internal initiative that packages elements of existing internal mentorship programs into a direct-to-employee resource with the goal of making mentorship, networking and career development more accessible, inclusive and customizable at every career level.
This seems like a program that every company should have. It’s a culture builder and can bring value by motivating the team players.
