They wanted to change their name officially to Pure Industrial Properties and refresh their brand. Odgis + Company was asked to do a full rebranding. The logo, wordmark and color palette reflect the visual forms found in warehousing and logistic facilities. The brand identity is dynamic, bold and clean. We designed and developed an entire suite of corporate and marketing materials and branded assets.
To drive the recognition of the Pure name and to describe what they do, we created a key positioning statement:
