51 Jay Street was looking to revitalize their marketing materials, and they came to Odgis + Co with the hopes of reaching new buyers with a fresh approach that better showed the remarkable aspects of the residence. Working with the pre-existing brand, we brought new energy to their advertising. With an emphasis on the building’s structural uniqueness, we designed a grid system based on the warehouse-style windows. Filling the ‘windows’ with detailed images of the space and textures from the neighborhood and surroundings.

We expanded their tagline, ‘Like no other’ and rephrased it to give it a deeper meaning. For the first round of Ads the headline is ‘Details Like No Other’ to highlight the building’s fine finishes and craftsmanship. This concept allows for updating the phrase to customize it depending on the audience.

The project included both print and dynamic web advertisements.
