CWI 1 and 2 are lodging industry REITs. Odgis + Co developed the logo mark and accompanying brand materials for these funds. This venture was a merger of W. P. Carey and Watermark. Both companies had extensive expertise in assembling a mosaic of properties that create value for investors over time. The brand embodies the excitement of the hotel experience combined with a visual presentation of the business opportunity offered to the investor. Our design captures the luxury and delight of all the amenities these lodgings have to offer. The infographics illustrate the value proposition and simplify the quantitative data.
