Conference Branding

Odgis + Company was a proud sponsor and designer for the Women Presidents’ Organization International Conference.

The conference titled Scaling for Growth was held in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference encouraged WPO members to share business strategies and experience with other successful women from all over the world, as well as learn from interactive seminars and speakers.

Based on the theme of scaling and growth, our design concept is centered on the golden ratio, also known as the divine proportion, golden mean, or golden section, as well as The Fibonacci Sequence (a series of numbers: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ... the next number is found by adding up the two numbers before it). Some Twentieth Century artists and architects have proportioned their works to approximate the golden ratio—believing this proportion to be aesthetically pleasing. Mathematicians since Euclid have studied the properties of the golden ratio, which have been used to analyze the proportions of natural objects as well as man-made systems such as the financial markets.
